As you may know, we create make-to-order garments. That means we cannot offer easy returns for our Made-To-Order merchandise.
So what happens if you are not 100% happy with your garment? We offer Store Credit on majority of our items upon availability.
Reach out to us within 3 business days of delivery, and we will work with you to make sure the item is to your satisfaction or issue store credit.
We will however take 100% responsibility in the extenuating circumstance of a manufacturing defect.
If nothing can be done to correct the garment, we can exchange the goods for another style, pending material availability of the garment of your choice.
There will be a 20% restocking fee and you will be responsible for any differences in price.
Returns should be returned in Brand New Condition, original tags and packaging must be returned with the item.
