When will I get my order?

We are a USA based company. All of our products are custom made not mass produced by a large factories overseas.

Jewelry and Tee-Shirts will ship in 1-2 business days from the time the order has been placed.

All Handbags are Special order will ship 2 weeks from the time the order has been placed.

What is Special Order?

We are happy to All of the handbags are manufactured and custom made in New York City . Please allow 2 weeks from the time the order is placed for the handbag(s) to ship out to you. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped .

License Plates

For creative visual effect the License plates that are added to the handbags are removable.
The License Plates are Real which will give it a authentic vibe.

What type of License Plates can I get?

We have several suppliers that we work with in obtaining real license plates. You will let us know the state you would like and we will try our best to get it. 99% of our License Plates are from the United States. Please advise each license plate will be different as they are original and depending on the year the color and/or style may or may not be the same.

If you are requesting a specific License Plate in a specific time frame the price may go up.

What if I have my own License Plate?

We make the holes based on the standard USA license plates. If you would like to only purchase the bag you can do so however, it will not be our responsibility if the license plate does not fit.

How are the License Plates removed?

For authentic look the license plates are held on with 4 screws and bolts. They screw onto the flap of the handbag. You can also replace it with any other kind of United States License plate for versatility.

How do I know the License Plate I am getting?

Once the order has been placed and you indicate the state you would like we will follow up with a email of one or two sample plates. Please advise the numbers on the License Plate maybe different as  you will be shown a sample of the style and color.
Once you approve the sample plate we then go out and find your state license plate to complete the order.

How do I cancel my Order?

We strongly recommend that you contact us as soon as possible at contact@lynettetyner.com as we do ship orders once they are ready.

If your license plate has ordered you maybe subject to a $15 cancellation fee. The license plates are sourced out and paid for in advance to ensure we get a original.

What is the condition of the License Plate?

We try our best to ensure we get the best original license plates for you. Because they are real and are an artistic effect to your handbag some may have registration stickers on them, some may have some scratches, chip paint, or a little rust. We have no control over this as this is what makes your bag unique.


Where do you ship from?

We ship from New York State.

If you ship to any address within New York State area you will be subject to 8-8.875% taxes.

International Customers

If you are an overseas buyer you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by you; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. You are considered the importer of the item and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Can you declare my package as a Gift, so I don't have to pay high customs. Taxes or duties fees?
We are not able to mark store purchases as a gift as we have to following shipping regulations.

How Does free shipping work?

In order to provide the best possible Online shopping experience to our customers, we provide free outbound shipping on orders over $100. In order to stay competitive, returns costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Free ground shipping is not expedited shipping

What shipping carriers do we use?

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL
Domestic orders we generally ship via USPS (United States Postal Service).
International orders we generally ship via DHL.

Where is my Tracking Number?

Majority of our orders we provide tracking numbers to make it easy for you to track. We will update your order with the tracking information via email. There are some cases where a tracking number is not available.


If your not completely satisfied with your order please feel free to contact us at contact@lynettetyner.com for a return or exchange within 3 business days of receiving your order. You will be issued a RA# and return address to send the merchandise.

Returns should be returned in Brand New Condition, original tags and packaging must be returned with the item.
We do advise to put a tracking number on your package when sending your items back, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and they are non-refundable.
Please allow 5 business days from the time the return has been received for processing.
